  DO NOT WORK FOR WILLIAMS MAIL SERVICE. The annual raise even for good long term employees for the last two years has been around $ 0.10. Yeah that's right 10 cents. Also they force you to pay for their health insurance even if you have another insurance and it is a ridiculous amount each month they take from your paycheck. However the owners don't have to pay for their insurance. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK. THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES AT ALL. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU WON'T LET THEM WORK HERE.
