  Delivery sucks during summer. Even they say they will deliver ice in couple of days, but you have to wait over a week still you dont get your order. This have been happening during every summer. You cant get hold of management, only "Call Center"and they cant help you either. I sell over 150 bags per week. Time for me to look for a different company:(
